On Oct. 29, 2019. led by ZhongfuShenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., Donghua University and Jiangsu Xinyingyou Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the "QZ6026(T1000 grade) ultra-high-strength carbon fiber 100-ton engineering key "Technology" successfully passed the technical appraisal, which is also the first manufacturer in China to realize the engineering of ultra-high-strength carbon fibers.
Carbon fiber materials have developed to the present, compared with other materials, and lighter in weight with the same strength. It is an indispensable key material in the manufacture of fighter aircraft in various countries around the world. In order to pursue higher performance of fighter aircraft and improve the quality of carbon fiber materials, it is imperative. Fortunately, after years of investment, China's carbon fiber material technology has also been gradually broken, from T300,T400 to today's T1000. In the field of high-end composite materials, the era of China's cutting-edge equipment is stuck.
However, it needs to be acknowledged that China has made great progress in carbon fiber materials, but foreign counterparts haven't made any progress, and the gap still exists. According to the current data of China's T1000 ultra-high-strength carbon fiber, the tensile strength index is 6370MPa and the elastic modulus is 294Gpa. This is already the most powerful material our country can get.
Of course, just like other industries, the gap in China's science and technology field is narrowing. The success of the engineering of super-strong carbon fiber materials this time also means that China's cutting-edge equipment will no longer have to look at other countries and will no longer be stuck. This is undoubtedly good news for China 's defense industry and other manufacturing industries.
